LAKE COMO
Like many other Italian subalpine lakes, Lake Como is of glacial origin. Of all the Italian lakes, it offers an extremely varied landscape. Smiling villages, tiny ports, villas in shady exotic gardens succeed one another along the banks of this pre-alpine lake. The middle of the lake, where its three branches come together, has the mildest climate and offers the broadest view. |
